Cami is based in Ostend, Belgium. Our warehouse and showroom are open to professional picture framers throughout the week. Whether you are a customer from Belgium, Luxembourg or France — you are welcome to visit us.

Monday to Thursday: 8:30-12:00 & 12:30-16:00
Friday: 8:30-12:00 & 12:30-15:00
Saturday, Sunday & public holidays: closed
Please note: telephone support is unavailable during lunch (12:00–13:30).
Showroom — By appointment only
Our showroom is open on weekdays from 08:30 to 16:00 (Friday until 15:00). To give you the best possible service and demonstrate the products and machinery you are interested in, we ask you to book an appointment in advance. Contact Rik or another member of our team to schedule your visit.
Holiday closings
In addition to standard Belgian public holidays, Cami observes a Christmas holiday each year. For the most up-to-date closing dates, please check this page regularly or contact us directly.
We are open every day during the summer.
Placing orders
Orders can be placed by phone, email (orders@cami-nv.com) or during your showroom visit. For more information on our delivery schedule across Belgium and Luxembourg, visit our delivery information page.
Deliveries:
Our delivery vans cover all regions in Belgium on a weekly basis. Orders of €275 or more (excl. VAT) are delivered free of charge in Belgium. For urgent orders, our courier service delivers within 24 hours. Customers in Luxembourg are served monthly. Our vans also deliver in France every two weeks.
