MATBOARD & MUSEUMBOARD

For over 20 years, Cami is the distributor of Moorman matboard & museumboard in Belgium and Luxemburg. During that period we saw the Moorman range grow to become one of the largest on the market today. Overall we can offer you 3 types of matboard, over 600 colors & types and several sizes. On top of that Moorman also has their famous acid-free museumboard, based on alpha-cellulose and available in 7 colors and 7 thickness'.

The different types of Moorman matboard:

  • standard matboard : pH neutral woodpulp core

  • white core matboard : white core (but not acid-free)

  • acid-free matboard : white or colored core - ideal for conservation framing

Cami does not only sell the Moorman acid-free matboard per full packs of 5 or 10 sheets, but also per sheet! Therefore we made a special stock, to be able to deliver you directly upon request...

The Moorman museumboard is an acid-free buffered museumboard with an alkaline reserve. It has been tested and approved worldwide by labs and museums. The Moorman museumboard is suitable as a mat, as backing board or even to make scrapbooks, archival boxes or archival maps.

Since 2002 Moorman also offers buffered and unbuffered ragboard, made of 100% coton fibres.

Starting February 2004, Moorman now has a 3,2mm acid-free conservation matboard. The standard product is 90x120cm naturel color, but Cami also offers in exclusivity 2 colors (white & naturel) in jumbo size (100x150cm).
