In the spring 2012 Alfamacchine launched the T150M. This is the ideal partner for the professional picture framer. Easy to use and giving perfect cutting results. The machine has a double stop, dust collector and the righthand arm can be extended to 240cm (optional).   leaflet T150
For manufacturers and picture framers with a higher working volume, we also offer 2 models with two blades. The Alfamacchine T200 has two blades that move one after each other horizontally. This means that you can cut extra large mouldings (up to 200mm!). The Alfamacchine T300/350/400 has two blades that move simultanuously vertically, allowing you to cut faster (up to 600 cycles per hour!).

The Alfamacchine machines use silicone-glued wedges without cartridge, allowing them to be sold at a much cheaper price. This is ideal for high volume productions. They are also available in several heights, as well as in different sharpnesses for each wood type. Alfamacchine offers you a unique waranty of 1.000.000 wedges on the driver wastage (hammer)!

The basic model (Alpha 1M-Super) is a mechanical foot-operated. This machine is perfect in combination with a guillotine, because you won't need a compressor. It includes important features that are also available in the more professional machines: horizontal and vertical clamps, double correction of the angles, etc...

The basic pneumatic machine is the Minigraf 3. Basic, but complete: with horizontal & vertical clamps to hold the moulding. The firing of the V-nails and the blocking of the mouldings is done by foot-pedal. The Minigraf 3 is a benchtop model.

The air operated basic model is the Minigraf 44. This pneumatic machine let you insert V-nails on more than 2 positions. On top of that, it is very user-friendly and easy to use. Thanks to the air operated pressure that drives the wedges into the frame, this machine is also suitable for harder wood types.  Since 2011 we also offer the Minigraf 144, using reloadable cartridges for the V-nails. This makes is easier to change the height of V-nails. This machines joins mouldings up to 200mm wide.

For more intensive use and mass-production, we offer a range of electronical machines.  The Minigraf 4 Electronica offers you the possibility to work both in pneumatic as in electronic mode.  There is also an improved alternative for this machine which carries a computer memory: Minigraf 4 Memory Program. The data of the mouldings are stored in its memory. You will gain time each time you join a frame.

Suppliers of a chop-service can benefit from the Minigraf Multi Channel with 6 lines of V-nails . This machine is fully automatic driven by a  computer, with a lot of time gain as a result, especially with the speed of the Multi Channel.

CUTTING MACHINES

The Fletcher 3100 is to be installed on the wall. This provides you with a gain of space in your workshop and the handling of big sheets of board or lites of glass becomes a lot easier. This machine cuts glass, plexiglass, cardboard (up to 4mm), foamboard (up to 10mm), MDF and hardboard (up to 3mm). The different blades and cutting heads are very easy to change and are delivered with each machine. The maximum height of your sheets is 160cm, making it easy for you to cut your glass of 160cm high and your big sheets of Moorman museumboard (120x160cm).

In 2007 the Fletcher FSC was added to our range. This heavy-duty cutter was designed for the sign industry and cuts up to 160cm. You can use it free-standing or wall-mounted. The FSC cuts foamboard (up to 13mm), aluminium comosite like Dibond (up to 4mm), plastics like Forex (up to 10mm), plexi (up to 7mm), MDF (up to 3mm) and board (up to 5mm). Extra tools can be added to cut glass (up to 7mm) and aluminium (up to 1mm).

MATCUTTERS

Both the Fletcher 2200 and the Valiani Astra are placed on your work bench. They have 2 cutting heads (45° and 90°) that slide on ball bearings. The Astra has a steel ruler and a patented measuring stop with a magnet, which offers you extra speed while cutting mats.

The Valiani MatPro is a vertical machine with base or wall fixing unit. It has a wooden plate and a strong cutting system with steel ball bearings, which guarantees you extra durability. It cuts V-grooves, double & triple mats, multiple opening mats, etc... This new machine replaces the CMS, sold successfully for over 16 years. The new features and trendy design are available for a very attractive price! If you want, you can install a trimmer to cut your board to size.

The latest machine of the Valiani family is the CMC-iX. This computerized matcutter offers the same possibilities as the Future, but it is build to fit a custom framer's budget. This machine was launched in January 2005 and over 40 of these CMC's have been installed in the Benelux since. Since 2010 we also have the CMC-iXV with a vacuum clamping system, which allows you to use your board up to the edge or to cut very thin materials.

Since the fall of 2004 there is a "light" version of the Future: the Supreme-iS. The control of the machine consists of a lighter engine, which gives the machine 60% of the speed of the normal Future. The software is the same giving it the same possibilities and making it suitable for heavy duty labour.

In the fall of 1999 the youngest Valiani machine was born: the Future. This computerized machine cuts all kinds of shapes: rectangular, circles, ovals and even drawings made by external software! Since the fall of 2004, this machine is even faster, thanks the the improved engine. It's now called the Plus-iS. It now reaches a very high speed of 600mm/sec.

In 2011 the Libra was added to the range. This machine has 2 (interchangeable) heads and 2 workstations. You can cut boards up to 125x170cm or 2 sheets up to 80x120cm when using both stations. The machines comes in with a bevel (40°) and a 90° cutting head, allowing to cut opening & outside all at once. The Libra has a vacuum table with optional clamping system.

Geminus is Latin for "double". The Geminus-iV was designed in 2010 and has a double (interchangeable) cutting head and a vacuum table with optional clamping system. This unique combination offers maximum speed and accuracy - for boards up to 125x190cm.

For mass-production, there is the Valiani GTO-i. This computerized machine can do the same things the Future can. With it's speed of 1600mm/sec the GTO-i is the fastest matcutter in the world! By using the 2 workstations, you can add even more speed to your production...

Since 2007 all Valiani computerized matcutters will be installed with "interchangeable cutting heads". Thanks to the patented system, the operator can quickly switch among one of these cutting heads:

The Valiani Ellissomatec is a manual machine that cuts circles and ovals up to 45x65cm. The machine is supplied with a 45° and 90° cutting head, a glass cutter and a pen holder.

The Fletcher 1100 is a unique matcutter for circles and ovals. A patented measuring system makes sure that the ovals are always square and never leaning to the right. It cuts ovals up to 61cm and is delivered with a 45° and 90° cutting head, glass cutter. There is no pen holder, but the machine can cut perfect V-grooves, no other oval matcutter can!

 

PRESSES

In 1992 Cami first presented a heated press to its customers. Ever since we have sold and installed many presses all over the country. For mounting prints, pictures and other things, the press is perfect. We offer permanent adhesives, but also repositionable pH neutral films! Laminating and canvas transfers of pictures and prints are also possible with this Bienfang press.

leaflet Hotpress - video	In June 2007 Cami became the exclusive distributor of Drytac/Hotpress for the framing market in Belgium and Luxemburg. This allows us to offer a second brand of heated presses: Hotpress - the famous press with the glass top.
Since 2006 we offer an interesting and inexpensive range of laminators, made by DryTac. The JetMounter has high-quality silicone rolls and is perfect for cold mounting and laminating. It's an electrical driven machine, which gives you the possibility to have both hands free. The JM43 and JM53 are equipped with an extra windup shaft. The Blue-Air compressors are the bestsellers. There are 3 models available. The one with an engine of 50 liters/minute and a container of 24 liters is the most popular one.  We also have a smaller one (e.g. to use with the Valiani MatPro) and a heavy-duty one with 2 engines and a container of 50 liters.
	Apart from this range, we also sell the high quality Jun-Air silent compressors. Next to the models with an oil-lubricated engine, there is the OF302 model with an oil-free engine of 108 litres/minute. This engine allows you to use the compressor continuously!
