Cami won the first prize at the election of the "Creatieve Ondernemer van het Jaar 2003" (Most Creative Entrepreneur of the Year 2003) - a competition by UNIZO region Oostende (UNIZO is the organisation of all Flemish entrepreneurs). Cami's commitment for the picture framing business was the main reason to give us the reward: organisation of a framing show (BAFTS, later Framexpo), organisation of seminars & workshops, driving force behind the BFA (Belgian Framing Association), etc...

To support the Belgian picture framing business, Cami joined the British F.A.T.G. (Fine Art Trade Guild) in 1999. Our goal was to introduce the F.A.T.G. in Belgium and to reunite our business. Our efforts resulted in the start of a Belgian federation - BFA (Belgian Framing Association). Cami's manager (Kris Casier) qualified as GCF (Guild Commended Framer) back in 1999 - as the first Belgian "framer". The certification is proof to the buying public, that they are trusting their framing job to a Qualified and Professional picture framer.

Cami won the regional selection and became one of the 10 finalists for the election of "Zelfstandige Ondernemer van het Jaar 1995" (Independent Entrepreneur of the Year 1995) - organized by LVZ and the Kredietbank. The jury praised the perfect organization of our small company and the way Cami could guarantee a steady growth, in competition with major players on the picture framing market.
